  • How can I reach Van Morgen?

  • When will I receive my order?

    Together with our carriers, we will do everything possible to meet the promised delivery time. If unexpectedly this is not possible, we will inform you.

    Ordered on weekdays before 22h, delivered the next day.

    The weeks around the holidays are always busy and your package may take a few days longer to arrive. We will keep you informed as best we can.

    Didn't receive your (complete) order?

    Large orders can be split into 2 packages. Did you not receive everything at once? Send an email to info@vanmorgen.com. Then we'll start looking for it right away!

  • Can I return my order?

    Are you not completely satisfied with your product? Did the size turn out not to be quite right? Or is there anything else wrong?

    At Van Morgen you have 30 days to change your mind after you have received your product and you can always return it free of charge.
    How can we do that? Very simple. Send an email to info@vanmorgen.com. If you'd like to go into more depth and learn more about the right of withdrawal, check out our returns page.

    How it works:

    1. Send a message to info@vanmorgen.com

    2. Within a few days you will receive instructions on how to return your product(s). Returns are always free if you follow these steps.

    3. We will then refund you the full purchase price. We will do this as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you do not wish to purchase.

  • Can I combines discount codes/promotions?

    Combining multiple discount codes:

    It is not possible to combine multiple codes. In the checkout process there is room for 1 code per order.

    Promotion Conditions: It is not possible to receive cash instead of discount. In case you return one or more items, the discount will be recalculated based on the number of items you eventually keep. This will be deducted from the amount you paid.

  • Can I still change the order I have already made?

    No, in order to protect your data, an order cannot be changed anymore. What you can do is send an email to info@vanmorgen.com. We will do our best to change your order according to your wishes.

  • How do the Van Morgen Bundles work?

    Wool bundle

    10% discount on 1 wool pillow and 1 wool duvet The discount will be automatically deducted in your shopping basket.

    Starter bundle

    10% discount on 1 duvet cover and 1 fitted sheet. The discount will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

    Bath bundle

    Buy 3 and get 1 as a gift! Add 4 items to your shopping cart and the discount will automatically be deducted from your shopping cart. The discount applies to the lowest priced item.

    When you return an item of the bundle, the discount expires. We will refund to your account: the normal price of the returned product, minus the amount of discount provided for the bundle.

    Promotion condition: 1 bundle valid per order and not valid in combination with other discount codes (introduction discount etc.).

  • The prefered size is not in stock! What do I do?

    Don't worry! Sometimes we are wrong with the numbers but it is possible to pre-order with us.

    The expected delivery time we communicate through the size table with the products. So you know what you can expect from us.

  • What is the thread count of your product

    At Van Morgen, we use only single-ply cotton from long cotton fibers and work with an acclaimed Portuguese weaver to ensure consistent quality. Our percal bedding has a thread count of 200 and our cotton satin has a thread count of 300. High quality bedding feels good to the touch and only you can determine that.   • What is the difference in quality of your wool duvets and those of other providers?

    There are many differences between the types of wool used by different providers. We only use wool from the 2nd shear. The first shear is wool from the first time a sheep is sheared and is called 'lamb's wool'. We only use the 2nd shear ('shear wool') and also only from the 'clean parts' of the sheep (back and neck). From the 3rd shear onwards, the wool becomes stiffer and therefore less suitable for use in a duvet or pillow. Furthermore, the differences lie for instance in the finish (zipper instead of buttons, hemmed pockets, so the wool stays in place etc.) and service (e.g. free shipping and returns, order today, delivered tomorrow).

  • Why did you choose wool as the filling for your duvets and pillows and not for feathers or synthetic material?

    The reason we chose wool is because it regulates heat. It repels heat when it gets too sweltering. Feathers only insulate, so it often gets too warm. In addition, wool repels moisture, so it is hypoallergenic: dust mites have no chance. Read more about the beneficial properties of wool on our inspiration page.

  • What is the difference between cotton satin and percal cotton?

    Many people think that satin and percal cotton are different fabrics. Nothing could be further from the truth. Satin is also cotton. Both our percal cotton and cotton satin are 100% cotton, but satin is more densely woven, making it super soft. Percal is more cool and crisp.

  • What is the length of your cotton fibers?

    Our weaving mill in Portugal uses only long fibers. Short fibers have the disadvantage that small pieces protrude on the transition between the fibers, so that it feels rough.

  • Can I submit the method of handling a complaint to the Home Shop Disputes Committee?

    Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Home Shop Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the
    European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

  • Does the legal guarantee apply to Van Morgen's products?

    Of course! The statutory warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. If that is not the case, you can return the product to us for free.

  • I have a complaint. What is your complaints procedure?

    Together with our suppliers and partners, we do everything we can to deliver high-quality products to our customers in a simple and pleasant way. Somewhere in the chain it can happen that a mistake is made. That is why we are open to all comments, suggestions and complaints about our products and services. We will take these seriously and resolve them where
    necessary.

  • Does Van Morgen support fair cotton production?

    Absolutely. We believe that a fair supply chain is a precondition. First of all, our products are provided with the Oeko-tex certificate, which means that the products and suppliers are continuously monitored for product quality and quality of life of the people working in this industry. In addition, our suppliers are affiliated with the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). BCI ensures better cotton production. This is done, among other things, by training farmers to produce sustainably.

  • How do you pack the products?

    To prevent transport damage, our cotton products are packaged in transparent plastic. Your order will be shipped in paperbox.
