    A selection of our bed range is available via debijenkorf.nl and our wool products (pillows, summer duvets and 4-season duvets) are available at the following Bijenkorf locations: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Together with our carriers, we will do everything we can to deliver your order on the promised delivery time. If that is not possible, we will inform you accordingly.

    Ordered on business days before 10 pm, next day delivery.

    The weeks around the holidays always ensure peak crowds so that your package can be on the road a few days longer. We will keep you updated.

    Not (all) received?

    Large orders can be split into 2 packages. Did you not receive everything at one time? Send an email to info@vanmorgen.com. Then we immediately start looking!

  • Can I return my order? Does the right of withdrawal apply?

    Are you not completely satisfied with your product? Does the size seem to be wrong? At Van Morgen you have 30 days to change your mind after you have received your product and you can always return it for free.

    How to return:
    1. Send an email -with your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return- to info@vanmorgen.com
    2. Within a few days you will receive instructions to return your product(s). Returns are always free.
    3. We then pay you back the entire purchase amount. We will do this as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your products.

  • Can I combine discount codes / promotions?

    It is not possible to combine multiple codes. In the checkout process there is room for 1 code per order.

  • Can I make changes to the order that I have already placed?

    No, to protect your data, a placed order can’t be modified. What you can do is send an email to info@vanmorgen.com. We will do our best to adjust your order to your wishes.

  • How does the Van Morgen bundles work?

    Wool bundle

    10% discount on 1 wool pillow and 1 wool duvet. The discount is automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

    Starter bundle
    10% discount on 1 duvet cover and 1 fitted sheet. The discount is automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

    Bath bundle
    Buy 3 and get 1 gift! Add 4 items to your shopping cart and the discount will be deducted automatically in your shopping cart. The discount applies to the lowest priced item.

    When you return an item from the bundle, the discount expires. We will refund you: the normal price of the returned product, minus the discount amount for the
    bundle provided.

    Promotion condition

    1 bundle is valid per order and is not valid with another discount code (example: introduction discount).

  • I can’t log in to my Van Morgen account. How is this possible?

    We have recently refreshed our website. This has given your Van Morgen account an update.

  • My size is not in stock! What now?

    Don't worry! Sometimes we are wrong with the numbers but it is possible to order in advance with
    us.

    PRE-ORDER

    We communicate the expected delivery time via the size table for the products. That way you know what you can expect from us.

  • What is the length of your cotton fibers?

    Our weaving mill in Portugal uses only long fibers. Short fibers have the disadvantage that small pieces protrude on the transition between the fibers, so that
    it feels rough.

  • Can I submit the method of handling a complaint to the Home Shop Disputes Committee?

    Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Home Shop Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the
    European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

  • Does the legal guarantee apply to Van Morgen's products?

    Of course! The statutory warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. If that is not the case, you can return the product to us for
    free. For more information about the return procedure, send an email to info@vanmorgen.com.

  • I have a complaint. What is your complaints procedure?

    Together with our suppliers and partners, we do everything we can to deliver high-quality products to our customers in a simple and pleasant way. Somewhere in the chain it can happen that a mistake is made. That is why we are open to all comments, suggestions and complaints about our products and services. We will take these seriously and resolve them where
    necessary.

    Normally we will respond to your message within 24 hours. Do not expect an automatically generated confirmation of receipt on emails. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Home Shop Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Disputes Committee via
    the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

  • Does Van Morgen support fair cotton production?

    Absolutely. We believe that a fair supply chain is a precondition. First of all, our products are provided with the Oeko-tex certificate, which means that the products and suppliers are continuously monitored for product quality and quality of life of the people working in this industry. In addition, our suppliers are affiliated with the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). BCI ensures better cotton production. This is done, among other things, by training farmers to produce sustainably.

  • How do you pack the products?

    To prevent transport damage, our cotton products are packaged in transparent plastic. Your order will be shipped in paperbox.
